I was interview by one person and I would say it was pretty straight forward. I was asked about 4-5 questions and then I was instructed to take a quick 12 minute test. It was a easy skill test with a couple of math questions and some word problems. You weren't allowed to use your phone. I wouldn't say it was a difficult interview. I was asked mainly about how I would handle certain situations.
