One face to face meeting in London, and a Skype interview with manager in NYC. Both managers asked about my background. No difficult questions raised. The process was quite informal. The UK office did not have an HR function at this time.

3 stages, first with hr, second with line manager followed by a test and then final interview with md. General questions asked ab finance knowledge and personality. Overall process took ab 2 months. Very pleasant experience

Unprofessional and inconsistent. 1st round was a phone screen and then went through onsite interviews. The HR rep I met with during the onsite interview was positive however my interaction with the rest of the interviewers lead to a few red flags. The hiring manager did not seem to know what they really are looking for in a candidate and it showed in the line of questioning. Feedback was not consistent to the way they interviewed - which probably was a good thing in the end.
