GD followed by Interview. In the GD, there were separate topics for each individual for which that person had to act as the moderator and others could participate. Following that there was a shortlist for Interviews. Interview was very short which appeared to be more of a timepass than an interview. There is no point preparing for interview for this company.

The questions were pretty easy. Behavioural questions like Why MBA, Why HR. No questions on subject knowledge. No Tell us about yourself. Very short interview based on which nothing can be judged honestly.

Everything went well. The HR team asked for my payslips and appraisal letter. However, they are now saying that the vacancy is on hold. Whenever I call them, they mention that discussions are ongoing.

In total the interview had four rounds. Starting with the GD after the resume shortlist, followed by HR interview and VP meeting. Interview revolved around the resume and the internship and some basic HR questions.
