Interviewed by AVP and HR Director. It was a 1 round interview and no aptitude tests. Interview questions relating to past experience. I was asked for examples of situations where I demonstrated certain behaviours or skills.

I had a phone interview. The recruiter was very kind, supportive, and professional. However, I had virtual interview with the Controller and Manager, both were unprofessional during the interview, showing a lack of respect for the candidate. One is rolling up eyes all the time during the interview, and the other one is making best effort to hold back laughs. Something tells me they were laughing at me. The experience is awful. Would not consider Tarion again in the future.
