I came across Target at my school's career fair when they asked me if I could do an interview with them the next week. I went to the interview which was on campus and was asked some typical behavioral questions. The guy that interviewed me was awesome so I was really excited when I found out I was asked for a second interview. That interview was over the phone and was very short but asked much of the same type of questions. I was then contacted by a recruiter over the phone a few days later and offered the job. Oh and you have to take an online test before the second interview which was pretty easy but I don't think I did well on the deductive reasoning portion but I've heard they don't even really use those so good luck! :)

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
