Entretien
Started with a phone call and then a formal interview a few days later. The interview was very structured and asked some odd questions. The questions were pretty complex and just kept coming.

Entretien
Not good at all. The recruiter asked to reschedule the interview time, and I agreed and gave her my available dates. She never confirmed a time and instead called me outside my available times. I asked to reschedule to which I got no response again. We finally connected 2 weeks later and she was really annoyed during the interview, and it was obvious she did not want to talk to me. I felt very discouraged and not at all what I expected from Target.
