Do a case study which is an unpaid approximately 8 hour project. They give a week, but expected it done after 3 days.
On-site interview with 3 different 1 on 1s.
Throughout the process they seemed very disorganized, often taking weeks to reply or coordinate next steps. So much time wondering what was happening on their end.

Initial tech screen is questions only. Know your Java, know about back-end development. Know about spring boot and annotations. They are a Java shop and they will ask these questions.

First round: Technical discussion only theoretical.
Second round: Problem solving and theory.
Third round: Design and Problem solving. Deep dive in projects.
