I applied for a seasonal position at Target. Got a call for an interview the next day. Went into the interview, the manager was in a rush so the whole interview felt rushed as if she wanted me out of there. The whole interview only took 10 minutes but I had to wait for the manager at the cafe for over 20 minutes.. Told me she would give me a call the next day but never did. So I called them 2 days after my interview and was told they had given the job to somebody else. The day after that, I received an email saying that I didn't get the job. I have 2 years of experience in retail and 6 months in apparel so I was fit for the job. A week later they posted another job posting for the same position that I had applied for. Never again will I apply to Target.

You had to do a recorded interview and then a manager will reach out to complete a job offer. I really a fast process from the time of my application to interview.
