They asked questions off a packet , wrote down our answers, and then asked if I had any questions at the end. And then they set up my second interview right in front of me.

Submitted an application on Indeed and did a video essay-style interview. You don't talk to a real person until your first day on the job, I think overall it took thirty minutes to complete.
Very simple and easy. Met with HR. No longer than 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Asked regular questions; availability, comfortably with doing varies jobs within the company and where do you see yourself in 5 years or longevity with the company in the future.
