First and foremost the recruiting team was excellent!
I applied online, and was called for a phone screening. That went well.
Next, was a phone interview with someone on the team who would transfer some of their duties to me. That went well.
Next was a phone interview with the hiring manager. That went well.
Next was an in person interview with 5 people. That went well. Last step was interview with the founder via conference call. I thought it went well, but I didn't get the job. I feel like there are certain answers that he looks for more than a cultural fit, which I was made to believe . Overall seems like a great company to work for if you can get over that last step.
