1) Phone interview.
2) Video interview followed.
3) Then they changed the job description, and wanted me to interview for something else.
4) Lied to, about the job description!
5) Them lied to that the job was filled by someone else internally, and the job is still there, weeks later!

Entretien
They seemed really excited until I mentioned I did NOT need sponsorship. Seems this company was hoping to get someone who needed sponsorship for the role. I'm guessing they wanted to pay less than what the job posting said based on the last question they asked me.

Entretien
Firstly, I had a phone screening interview with the HR/recruiter on about your recent experiences. Then a week later for an on-site interview with three QE staffs. They don't look at your resume and grills it as they look over it. The interviewers will explain the role of the position and the products they do at the company. They will ask questions about your recent education and overall work experience history. Technicial and situational questions.
