Basic questions about myself and what my career goals were moving forward. This was a basic phone screen not and on-site interview. I am hoping that it materializes into an one-on-one interview. Have to wait and see!
The interview was very behavioral mainly going through my resume. No technical questions but asked why I wanted to be an engineer and questions of that nature. Walk me through an experience where you faced a challenge you did not know how to approach?

Phone screening with HR then in-person interview with team members/supervisors in the relevant group. Interview included tour of the facility location. Very nice and friendly all around, interview was formal. Good communication
