I applied online and was invited to come to the center for a skills assessment. I took the assessment there which involved computer literacy, IQ, and call handling questions. They let you know right away if you pass the assessment. I did, so they invited me to come back the following day for an interview. The interview was a sit down with a team lead and went smoothly. He let me know that he liked me and was going to recommend me for the position to his boss. They called me the next day, I think, and offered me the job. After that they take about a month to do that background check.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
