I did both a phone interview and an interview with branch managers after I passed my phone interview. The phone interview was very straightforward and fairly easy. The interviewer only asked a few questions about me and behaviour questions to determine my communication and problem-solving skills.

When I did an interview with branch managers, they asked questions about how I behaved when I made a mistake or miscommunicated with customers/clients.

Entretien
it was an interview for easy line and it was mostly behavioral interview. they asked questions about my previous experience in call center environment and experience with hard to deal customers. also asked how did i helped customer beyond my duties. it was very long - more than hour and after they told me they will be in touch with me in next week. unfortunately i did not pass
