Contacted by HR. Initial phone interview. Typical behavioral questions to assess personality.
Within a week, an in person interview was setup. Very polite manager. Did not ask the typical "Where do you want to be in 5 yrs?". Most were situational based and taken from your past tenures.
At the end, described the role in more detail and what the person hired was expected to do. Was then asked how i would approach this position.

How a major transition of a service from one business unit to another could be kick started?
I waited a very long time before I was seen. That was not very good. I was also asked a lot of questions, some of them not very ralaveant. Overall is was an acceptable but not a very good interview.

Entretien
Heard about a role that I might be interested in, had a phone interview within 24hrs of applying. Apparently went well as I as asked to come in to discuss the position on a 1:1. Interview was very free form and not very technical but that suits my style as a manager. My background matched what they wanted and I think they were very interested but I don't feel that they could offer me what I wanted in compensation. They were looking to offer in the low 80's. I was not ready to take a pay cut.
