There is an online assessment which is behavioral based and an online simulation which is like a real time scenario. After that you have a group discucssionn where they give you a case and you analyze it. Prior knowledge of credit cards can be helpful. There is a one on one interrview as well wherre they ask you about your goals and ambitions

hr interview, phone in for 30mins. then go to second round interview about behavioral question. the whole progress was very quick. it only takes a week to complete all interview and get the offer

it was easy. Online teams interviewed lasted 45 minutes. there is only one round of interview. it was Quick and easy. got offer letter withing two days. they hire in batches.

The interview process was Pleasant, she did more of explanations of the job role, expectations, work hours, training period than actual questions. Scenario based questions and a review of my resume. She confirmed availability of hours
