Entretien
First is phone interview by a group of direct managers for technical questions which took approximately half an hour. Then if passed there was another interview round with HR department representative to check personality and social skills. If passed then come the last step negotiation round for salary and benefits.

This was several years ago, but it was very quick. They had a phone interview for 1 hour, then an in person interview for 2 hours. Then I received an offer 2 weeks later.

They asked basic questions about an LTE network, and configuring a cellular network
Interview process was short and more focused on team cohesion. The interview process did not last long and got an offer. Overall is was easy and I have been happy since accepting.
