J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez T.K. Maxx (Melbourne) en mai 2025
Entretien
I felt like I was very welcome in my interview, the two managers who I met and spoke with were genuinely interested in my candidacy and work history during the interview which was assuring. They followed a questionnaire and noted my responses as they went through, any questions I had they were happy to answer. They also specified the fast-paced demands of this specific role - due to handling and displaying a lot of stock in short time periods.
About a week after the in-person interview I received a phone call update about my outcome, and was emailed a letter/offer to review.

Question 1
They asked several of the common/usual questions asked in interviews, including:
- Tell us about a situation you've experienced at work where a customer has been dissatisfied with service or product(s)?
- Do you have any issues regarding your current employer?
- Are you capable of working in a fast-paced environment such as this?
- Are you currently studying?
- What is your dream job?
Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.
