The process has two interviews and a technical assessment. The first interview is with an HR person. Then there is a Java and logic written (mostly multiple choice) assessment. If they like you, they call you for a second (mostly) non-technical interview with someone from a managing position. The overall feeling I got was the one of disinterest. They didn't care much for my comfort nor my efforts to get to their offices. The main thing that annoyed me was the pressure to not accept any other offer before I talk to them, claiming to be going to present me an offer in a couple of weeks. The reality is that months have passed and I haven't heard a word from them.
