I and my friend went through 5 rounds ...PR Round,Voice & Accent,HR round,Operations Round..Both of us cleared all rounds last is the Operations round which was very very irritating a Lady has taken our interview and she kept asking the same stupid questions and asked us as to why we are looking for a Job /Switch Job.She was never satisfied with the answers we gave .It was so discouraging and we literally felt like the lady taking the last round was not promoting her own company ,she was just going on mentioning the Pros of the current company which we are working and also what ever answers we have given her for the questions she asked she has another counter question on that and was too Sercastic with us.PLEASE NOTE-INTERVIEW SHOULD BE TO CHECK WHETHER A PERSONS PROFILE WILL BE SUITABLE ?BUT NOT TO INSULT THEM FOR WHAT THEY DID AND DEGRADE AND BE SERCASTIC FOR THE ANSWERS AN INTERVIEWEE GIVES.....Its a matter of fact that we need to say that companies like Synchrony which is growing need to really work on the interview part....Wrong INTERVIEWER can never HIRE Correct people with correct PROFILES.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO FOR AN INTERVIEW ! SUCH A DISGUSTING TEAM......
