Phone call interview for about 15 minutes with a recruiter. It was more of a information call. It seems like they are in a big need for agents. I interviewed with a lot of agencies within this field. Overall good experience.

Pretty easy interview process, is a very independent and relaxed job. Very much a 1099 position. Can sometimes give off mlm vibes. The interview was overall pretty seamless though, some interviewers did cohorts or group interviews.
