They focus on communication (both speaking and writing)
It'll be straight forward and simple. If it's a non-voice process, you'll be asked to write an essay and then those who got selected will be sent to the manager round.
For voice process, you'll be additonally asked to speak with someone over phone (a voice expert) who will evaluate your accent, language and vocabulary. You'll just be asked to speak about whatever that comes to your mind

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
