HR reached out to me said she wants to talk to me, I had a very good interview with her, explained my project and resume very well. I asked the typical text book questions, ended on a good note about the next rounds,got no response for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden she said the hiring manager said that my resume is not fit for the profile, please be in touch. I have 10+ years of experience and I work at a fortune 100 firm, never in my life I have seen such a pathetic recruitment where you waste people's time for entertainment. really bad and shady interviewer, doesnot even know what they want, please don't waste my time again.
