Just one word " Terrible".The company is owned by millenial mindset founders with absolute lack of professionalism & ethics.And is managed by gen z juvenile junior staff.They lack budget still gen z would call & waste your time.They will call by stating its a final meeting with founder.But once you reach would make an excuse stating person has left due to some emergency.Whereas the fact of the matter is Cv shortlisting is not done by mgmt beforehand.Thus junior staff ends up scheduling an interview.And junior staff would ask same set of questions that were asked during telephonic chat nothing knew.Inspite of clearly stating my background & my current ctc was called over just to be disappointed.Than when I mailed founders abt this experience let alone apologising for the mishap they didn't even bother to respond.And same junior level staff simply responded we will look into this,thanks for highlighting.So this is how immature is the set up with this firm.Just outright avoid such firms as it can cost you your peace.
