J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez SupplyHouse.com (New York, NY)
Entretien
Had a couple of interviews and then was asked to do a design challenge. Pretty normal except they asked me to redesign their current on-boarding process and sent me a literal link to their website.
Whoever needs to hear this, it is immoral to ask candidates to do this.
This company should not be making candidates redesign their workflows for free during the interview process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
-Tell me about what tools you use
-Talk about what you do for fun
-Why do you want to work here?
(Pretty generic HR stuff...Advice: Understand the UX industry if you're going to interview positions for that)
