There were 4 rounds in the interview process: a recruiter call, a virtual interview with the hiring manager, a technical assessment, and finally, interviews with business partners and the team. The recruiter kept me informed about delays, which extended the process by 2 weeks. I reached the final round with high hopes but didn't get the role, despite no negative feedback. The decision was based on experience. Overall, the process was good, but receiving earlier feedback about my rejection would have made the experience even better and saved time.

Very well-organized though long. Had a fantastic experience with each person I spoke with, each embodied the values of the company and took the time to get to know me and my passions. Unlike any other company I've interviewed with, they took the time to also let me know how I'd fit into the role and what they thought I could get from it as well as exit opportunities.
