Applied online, called in for open interview. Two other people showed up. Interview lasted about 10 mins. Was given tour afterwards. Came in to shadow for about an hour the day after the interview. Sent to take a drug test and physical exam. Also had to take a tb test. Background check was done also.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
