There wasn't much of a formal interview the store manager just asked me questions in the store with business going on as usual, she danced around the subject of pay and refused to tell me how much they paid until after I passed my background check and when I did she still did not inform me of the hourly pay until I went to the center manager and she informed me that I should've been told during my interview, odd and disorganized confusing process
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
She asked me what my favorite brands were and why, asked me to pick out a pair of glasses for her, asked me what my experience was and why I wanted to work at SGH
Very typical. No crazy or unordinary questions. Getting to know you and very pleasant experience. I had two interviews and the questions were typical sales questions. I got great feedback and heard back quickly.

I interviewed with the Regional Manager. The interview process started off with behavioral questions. The manager was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. She later asked me managerial questions and about my past experiences in retail.

Put in an application online then got a call the next day. I was asked to come in for an in store interview the following day. The interview was very laid back and relaxed. The managers made me feel comfortable, it felt like just chatting with them. After the interview, they gave me a verbal offer for the supervisor position and where I'll be stationed.
The manager then told me to do an online assessment which I did the same night. I texted the manager that I finished doing that and didn't hear from him for 1 full week. I tried texting and calling him on his mobile and calling the store too. By that time, I got discouraged already and decided I didn't want to pursue the position anymore despite the good compensation offer. He apologized for not getting back with me immediately but by then I already started looking for other opportunities. I didn't think that it would take that long to hear back from a mall job. I would've appreciated it if they returned my texts or calls within that week saying they will update me when they're not busy anymore.
Overall they were nice and friendly. I just decided it wasn't the type of job for me too.
