Entretien
The initial phase is an online assessment test that takes about 40min. The test is non-technical, but it is timed and tests your problem solving ability (spatial/abstract), math, editing, and EQ. There is also a personality test at the end.

How would you react to a situation (e.g. your friend is crying, how do you comfort them?).
Was a well run and easy process. They guide you through the stages well. Seemed pretty straight forward. No reply after the last interview which wasn't the best in terms of experience. Seemed friendly.
