Interview was online through zoom with two people. Interview is about an hour long and ask you questions about strengths and weaknesses. They also give you various example about a situation with a child. Like what would you do if a child starts to be aggressive.

The interview was with the HR Specialist and an ABA therapist. They asked about strengths and weaknesses and proposed a few scenario-style questions. They also inquired about my experience and why I thought I would be a good fit for the job.
