Fairly standard with emphasis on behavioral criteria, in addition to moving through rounds from the recruiter screen to multiple current team members and leadership team members. Overall it seemed to be well thought out and while multiple steps, not overwhelming.
A waste of time! At each step of their drawn out process this company appeared very uncoordinated, all for a job where they would do a 2 month trial period before actually hiring. I had several separate calls with different members of management and the c suite. At each step, it was clear the interviewer did not know who I had spoken with recently or what the next step in the process was going to be. I was prepared each time with questions. I asked one interviewer about a point on the job description and he told me he did not know anything and thought the posted job was stupid and should not exist. Others could not answer questions and referred me to someone else I was supposed to speak with as part of this drawn out and untransparent interview process.
