Large group interview on a Saturday. Two groups of 8 were asked to do "teach-back activities together with a SA employee guiding and watching us. He then conducted individual interviews. The whole process was about two or three hours. The individual interview was 20-45 minutes. Very rewarding interview experience. There was also some paperwork to complete. SA contacted me about two days later.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
