I was contacted a day after applying, asking for me to come in for a group interview. I had two days to prepare for it, which included speaking about a personal item of significance, watching a few videos, and preparing some behavioral questions. Day of, there were 3 other individuals there for the group interview. We each had to do a mock teaching session for the story "Winn Dixie", and then each received feedback to improve our teaching method. We had to answer two written questions, while we were all brought in for individual interviews. Overall, the process took 5 hours or so. Pretty easy, but there were A LOT of behavioral questions. Definitely use Glassdoor to prepare. Got a call with an offer two business days later.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.
