After applying for the position, I made numerous calls to the company successfully resulting in a 1:1 interview. It was the followed by drug test and background test which took about a month. The interviewer told me some basic details of the job position, what they are expecting of me and then I was asked if I can perform those duties. The interviewer was very nice and calm and the other employees were also very friendly.
