I got called a bit over a week later to come in for an interview. Initially, my interviewer said she was very impressed, then asked for my age. I'm only 16, and she said to come back in Novemember (bday month) since the hiring age was 17. Two minutes later I was called back, and informed that the hiring age was actually 16.
I was told to tell about myself, my likes, and dislikes, then offered the job.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
