I applied on a Tuesday, got called for an interview Thursday. Had an interview Friday, very easy interview, asked simple questions such as, why subway?, what is your favorite sandwich?, availability and stuff like that. The manager was really nice. They said they would let me know by the end of the week. My phone broke so I called on a Monday, to give her another number. didn't hear anything so I called her on Friday and she said I was hired. Go to orientation on Monday! Very Easy
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
