There were 2 Microsoft teams call interviews with the former manager of the department as well as the current director. From there I was given an assessment then asked to come in for a 3rd and final interview with a panel of 4 people, including the owner and another operations director. However, after the interview, I was asked even more follow up questions after being in an interview she nearly 2 hours in their office. Plus, given ANOTHER assessment to complete.
