Phone interview. lasted about 30 mins. Was quite friendly and laid back but asked a lot of questions re why step change/ give an example of a time when you actively listened/ tell us what you know about the charity and the work we do/ questions about emotional resilience

Really positive, the best interview process I've been through. Applied online through the portal, arranged a phone interview and then got invited to the assessment center with a group of around 10 people. Fast turnover time. Everything was explained in detail beforehand which was really helpful. Hardest bit was answering the more interview-style questions on the phone.

I had a telephone interview at first, followed by a day when I had to come into the office to do group activities, tests and role plays. The final interview was a competency based interview which was on a separate day.
