The interviewers were very focused and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Both interviewers were very professional but still personable. I didn't feel any way intimidated. They also gave me a brief tour of the school which helped my nerves settle. Overall my only feedback to them would be to do a LinkedIn screening beforehand to have an idea of the candidate's background so that questions could be a bit more pointed.
