My interview for Steiner Cruiselines was on June 1st 2018 in Las Vegas Nevada. I was emailed a start time of 9:30 am and to arrive at 9am. I arrived at 9am to the Nevada School of Massage Therapy. I was led to a classroom where there were already people there for the interview waiting. Some were sitting in seats and some filling out paperwork. I said hello to a few of the other applicants. Our recruiter arrived on time and began her introduction. She explained to us about her background and her job working for Steiner. She gave some information on the history of Steiner and explained the schedule, fees, pay, experiences of what it's like and what it takes to work for Steiner. She made sure that people asked questions, which I recommend doing so. After that part was over which lasted a little over an hour, we then took a break and had to go back into the room for our introductions. Introductions was one of my favorite parts because you get to know about the other applicants as well, who ranged from cosmotologists, beauty therapists and fitness instructors. After we all went up and said our introductions it was time for another break. Because it was now, time for the practicals. Depending on what position you are applying for, you have to wait your turn. There was about 30 people there, and massage therapists went last. Make sure on your interview that you only dedicate your full day to the interview as times could lag because lack of odd numbers for partners in your practical. I was able to get a free facial because one of the girls was missing a partner. After my facial I partnered up with another massage therapist. The recruiter then walks around the room and interviews you one by one asking questions and collecting paperwork.
