Very uncomfortable setting ! I felt like it was an interrogation, there was a bright hanging in light in my face with three interviewers. First words out of their mouths ware "if I needed to k ow how many painters there are in the united states how would you find that informations for me"? This led to many other questions of this sort. Another example "if I gave you a brick and you couldn't use it as a paper weight or a door stop give me five things you'd use it for.". Overall two of the three interviewers seemed interested in speaking with me an the other which was the closest in proximity to me swemed as if she felt I was wasting her time. Interview took three hours

Entretien
I applied through the website and heard back from a recruiter after a few weeks. The call with the recruiter went great, and they even said I was a top applicant who they were very interested in. I got my hopes up, but after interviewing with two people (which seemed to go really well from my perspective), I randomly got the canned email from HR saying they weren't moving forward with me. I was really confused, but figured that they must have found someone better. They keep reposting the job, however, and I suspect that it's either not a real job or something fishy is going on.

Tell us about marketing software and platforms you're familiar with.
The first round interview is a pre screen with a recruiter. A lot of the questions are situational and behavioral based with time to ask questions at the end of the interview.
The interview process is online with two interviewers. Usually the hr will send invitation through gmail, log in to microsoft teams site and the interview begin with questions and answer as well as discussing the qualification and interest of interviewee. In all aspect, it is very engaging tough the questions are very details to know more on yoyr personality
