I was referred by a friend and submitted my application to their HR associate via email. I then had a phone interview with a corporate associate off site, followed by a phone interview with the HR manager. I was then asked to come in and interview with the President and my future manager.

Entretien
One interview with manager and employee. The interview lasted about 30 min where we covered my background and my ability to meet deadlines and handle stress. The people who interview me were very interested in the different skills that I had that dealt with stress and it almost seemed like they were trying to talk me out of the job.
