I met the recruiter at my University career fair and gave them my resume. A few weeks later I was contacted via email to complete a typing test as well as a test to see how well I could understand people over the phone. 2 weeks after that, they called and asked me to schedule a 1st round phone interview. I completed the interview a week later, and was asked to schedule a second phone interview. After the second interview I was notified I would hear from them about a potential job offer within the next 2 weeks. 2 days later they contacted me and offered me the internship.
