30 minute behavioral interview, very standard. Take yourself through the resume type deal. I was interviewed by two women in HR. Overall, I didn't detect anything exciting about working at State Farm, so I'm not upset that I didn't get the job.

Process was smooth. Was disappointed in the recorded video interview. Seems like a cheap way to interview in my opinion. I would not recommend this company at this time, due to the fact that they cannot interview correctly.

It was a hirevue, and the questions were all behavioral: why do you want this job, tell us more about you, when have you faced conflict, etc. There were five questions in all.

Standard STAR interview question process. "Tell me about a time when". State Farm "nice" is definitely on their criteria list. Make sure to have a response around diversity and inclusion.
