Interview was done with multiple teams, questions were standard but longer interviews than usual. Teams were generally fine, some also were willing to know the person more. Small office and tight run company, as explained by the interviewer the hierarchy is flat.

The process took two weeks in total. My future boss and an HR representative were present. The whole process was overall very good: the attitude was always very professional and kind at the same time. There was a first short interview on the phone, which was then followed by a second interview via Skype, lasting longer. The process is sequential: first your CV and cover letter are examined, then you might be invited for the first phone interview; the Skype interview is the final round.
