Pretty straightforward and easy.. I applied online and then was called for an interview a few days later. They asked me - What is your availability? And my past experience? And they gave me a rundown of all the job responsibilities.
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
