The interview process was fairly easy. I had applied online for the position and got a call within 2 weeks from Staples HR. They briefly discussed my background, experience and interest in Staples position. Then my phone interview was scheduled. I had two phone interviews by hiring manager ( business) and a Data specialist. I was then called for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by all team members and few directors who were very friendly.
