First there were several questions that were emailed about my experience. Then there was a telephone interview that asked standard questions and then wanted to know more about my personality. Then 25 people were all called in (two different sessions) and given a bookkeeping exam and each person had a five minute interview. Out of that group 3 or 4 were called in to interview with owner.
