You can apply to there post about the vacancy. Then they will call you and schedule your interview. There will be face to face interview. First round with HR, then Team Leader, then with the boss

Entretien
There will be 2 rounds .. one with the HR executive and the other with the manager. It will take around 1 hr if the manager is not busy. They will easy hire you if you have good communication skills .. The salary they offer will be very less so you should have good negotiating skills.
