I had one interview with the principal over the phone, then got called for another with the dept. head over the phone as well. They were both quick and painless.

Professional and understanding principal. Questions were relevant. The work environment seems genuinely caring and open to new ideas. People seem happy to work there, in general. Questions were not out there, but did a good job of gauging subject matter info as well as personality fit within the school. It wasn't a complicated process.
